Kansas City Bishop: Pro-Obama Votes Could Cost Catholics ‘Eternal Salvation’(Obama is pro abortion)

KCMO Talk Radio's Chris Stigall talks in a rare interview with Bishop Robert Finn, Catholic Bishop of Kansas and St. Joseph in Missouri. The Bishop states that a Catholic cannot in good conscience vote for a pro-abortion candidate. Barack Obama is explicit and adamant in his support of abortion without any restrictions. Therefore, a Catholic cannot in good conscience vote Barack Obama.

With all due respect, how do we know Bishop Robert Finn speaks for the God of the Old Testament on all subjects?

Abortion is murder of the unborn child. The Fifth Commandment states "Thou shalt not kill".
On Oct. 7, 2007, Sen. Barack Obama spoke to the Planned Parenthood Action Fund and promised, "The first thing I'd do as president is sign the Freedom of Choice Act..".................FOCA would deprive the American people in all 50 states of the freedom they now have to enact modest restraints and regulations on the abortion industry...
If abortion is a "fundamental right", according to FOCA, then every hospital must provide it....

"President Obama and his congressional supermajority would force every Christian hospital, doctor or nurse to abandon their faith or go out of business." (Bulletin Newspaper-Philadelphia)
Obamas attitude to the unborn child is disgraceful and outrageous.

I agree with you, but the Bishop has no business telling Catholics who to vote for. It should be between each person and God.
