British rock group Ben's Brother headed for greatness with new album Battling Giants

Ben's Brother is a British five-piece rock band headed by founder Jamie Hartman. The band was named after Jamie's big brother Ben. Their debut album, Beta Male Fairytales, was released on August 6, 2007 in the UK and went Gold. It has beautiful melodies and catchy tunes. In 2008 the band were nominated for an Ivor Novello Award in the category of Best Song Musically and Lyrically for "Let Me Out". A song from the album-"God By Another Name"-became the first iTunes Store free single of the week to be made available in the iTunes Plus format. The song "Stuttering" was featured in a Dentyne Ice commercial in Canada and the US. This has greatly increased the bands popularity in North America. The band is now also big in Europe and South America.

The new album Battling Giants- features guest performances from Jamie's friends Joss Stone (on 'Stalemate') and Jason Mraz (on 'Battling Giants'). The first single from the album - `Apologize'- was co-written and originally performed by Natalie Imbruglia. The album has 14 tracks and brings to mind the Fray. Amazingly it is even better than Beta Male Fairytales. This band is no one album wonder.
The track What If I is particularly special and has gained huge airplay on stations such as Radio Caroline. Just listen to a few seconds of it at Amazon
